Memory Care
Warren Barr Lieberman offers a range of services to support residents who live with the challenges of dementia and Alzheimer’s disease. We understand the nature of this complex condition and work to minimize its effects on our residents’ medical, physical, and behavioral health.
Upon arrival, an experienced and specially trained memory care team creates a customized plan of care for each resident. Family members are included in the planning, contributing knowledge on each individuals’ preferred habits and interests. The goal is to increase the level of function, interaction, and engagement in the world while simultaneously providing a calm, safe and anxiety-reducing environment that supports improvement.
Parkinson’s Disease Care
Warren Barr Lieberman empowers residents and their families with information and resources while working with individuals with Parkinson’s Disease, to identify and rehabilitate balance and mobility so those can claim control by establishing routines to stay healthy.
Stroke Recovery Care
We believe in a holistic approach to healing customized for each individual. Our goal at Warren Barr Lieberman is to help patients and physicians with patient-centered choices and alternatives; so each individual has a maximum level of physical functionality and wellness while building independence. Using specialized post-stroke rehab technology, we can improve outcomes and expedite recoveries.
Wound Care
We utilize an innovative, interdisciplinary approach to treat chronic wounds. This multi-system approach relies on advanced treatments and therapies, including E-Stim, ultrasound, negative pressure therapies, ultraviolet therapy, and debridement. Supervised by a physician specializing in advanced wound care, all consultations are conducted onsite and care is supported by our own certified wound care nurses.
Cardiac Rehabilitation
The cardiac rehabilitation program at Warren Barr Lieberman is designed to promote optimum recovery and health for guests being treated for heart disease and/or cardiac-related surgery. Our goal is to limit the physical effects of cardiac illness and to help improve our guests’ cardiovascular fitness and overall health.
Each of our guests receives a program designed specifically for them, supervised and implemented by a team of cardiac specialists, including physicians, nurses, physical and occupational therapists, and consulting nutritional and psychological professionals.
Orthopedic Rehabilitation
Highly respected for our orthopedic expertise, Warren Barr Lieberman’s enhanced facility and programs were created to develop protocols that meet superior standards of care. Our orthopedic rehabilitation program, along with our licensed therapists, helps patients who have had total hip or knee replacement surgery, hip or femur fractures, ankle replacement or reconstruction, joint replacements, and other joint injuries or surgeries to regain strength and mobility.
Our pain management and post-surgical care assist individuals with orthopedic-related issues, including bone fractures, osteoporosis, arthritis, hip and knee replacement, and tendon repair. In addition, patients who have had spinal surgeries, including back or spine surgery, spinal stenosis, laminectomy, spinal fusion, scoliosis, and tumors may also benefit from orthopedic rehabilitation.
Short-Term Rehabilitation
Warren Barr Lieberman offers its guests one of the highest patient-to- therapist ratios, a state-of-the-art rehab gym and intensive, personalized therapy 7-days a week. Our advanced rehabilitation program can allow guests to return home in as little as three weeks.
