Cardiology Programming at Warren Barr Lieberman
The cardiac rehabilitation program at Warren Barr Lieberman is designed to promote optimum recovery and health for guests being treated for heart disease and/or cardiac-related surgery. Our goal is to limit the physical effects of cardiac illness and to help improve our guests’ cardiovascular fitness and overall health.
Each of our guests receives a program designed specifically for them, supervised and implemented by a team of cardiac specialists, including physicians, nurses, physical and occupational therapists, and consulting nutritional and psychological professionals.
Highlights of This Program Include:
Complete on-site EKG testing to establish baseline cardiac profile and chest X-ray services
Hospital readmission reduction focus for patients through on-site medical specialists, diagnostic tests, and treatment technologies
In-house hospital affiliated community-based cardiologist that manages the program and consults on a daily and weekly basis
In-house nurse practitioner support 7-days-a-week to oversee cardiac patients and coordinate healthcare plans with patients’ primary physician and cardiologist
Management for pacemakers, venous and arterial Doppler, Hatler monitors
Personalized education for patients and family members
