Our Penthouse Rehabilitation Complex is located on the 9th floor and has over 7,500 sq. ft. of exercise area, with special focus points on balance/coordination, ambulation, private stretching rooms, strength training and endurance training.
Therapy is available seven days a week with a full staff and a clinical leader on-site; therapists are staffed to cover the hours between 7:00am – 8:00pm every day. Therapy evaluations are completed within 24 hours of the patient’s admission, regardless of the day of the week. This is to ensure we can accept admissions during the weekend and ensure clinical continuity. At that time, the therapist will assess the patient and work with the patient/family to develop goals to maximize their independence.

We use the OmniVR® and Omnicycle® equipment along with additional equipment and clinical services provided by Accelerated Care Plus (ACP). We have a newly renovated simulated condo (ADL room) and CTA bus that assists our patients in simulating real life scenarios in the home. Our patients love the rooftop patio and all of the natural sunlight that comes through the skylights!
