Dialysis Services at Warren Barr North Shore
Our in-house dialysis unit offers flexible and individualized care for patients requiring management of their kidney disease. Supported by a team of highly-trained nurses and CNAs who undergo comprehensive training and competency programs – our programming maximizes the progress of each patient’s treatment.
Our Program Includes:
Board-certified nephrologist oversees comprehensive care plan
Coordinated care for anemia monitoring and adjustments
Dialysis-trained registered nurses and certified hemodialysis technicians present during entire dialysis treatment
Individual HD chair with a TV and headset
Patients receive treatment in the comfort of familiar surroundings
Renal dietitians and social workers on staff to help limit readmissions
Six days a week HD schedule with 8 chairs & up to 3 shifts daily allotted to ensure patients can maintain their therapy schedule
Timely patient placement
We treat patients with stage 5 or higher and end-stage renal disease
