Our in-house dialysis unit is equipped with advanced machines and comfortable chairs, is overseen by a board-certified nephrologist, and is managed by experienced nurses and technicians. Specialized Wound Care

Our specialized wound care led by our WCC certified Nurse Director and certified wound specialist rounds weekly and tailored care for simple to complex wounds, our interdisciplinary team ensures effective and specialized management for chronic wound healing.

A comprehensive and therapeutic approach to post-hospital rehabilitation, our short-term rehabilitation provides specialized physical, occupational, and speech therapy to recover from surgery or illness, enhancing mobility, function, and independence in a supportive, medically supervised environment.

Warren Barr in Buffalo Grove has been a positive experience for our family. Our dad is 94 years old and is still independent but needs support for sure! There’s a theme for residents every month and makes it fun, the Nurses and CNA’s give so much support to the residents which is huge.
